Introduction
ACS is a complete stand-alone dialing system, which can interface to your existing
applications.
- ACS purpose is to provide an efficient and responsive tool for outbound dialing.
- Our goal is to provide an easy user interface, with a robust dialer engine.
Overview
- ACS runs on a standard PC based system utilizing the Windows NT operating system.
- ACS can be run in single user mode on its own stand-alone PC or it can be accessed in a
network environment.
- ACS utilizes Dial Logicâ cards for Port to Agent
interfacing.
- ACS has its own internal network and stand alone terminals. This gives your agents, the
quickest response possible on answered calls.
- ACS will rapidly dial phone numbers from a call list, (campaign), and return results to
your host application. These results may result in your operators intervention or it
may result in the automated update of memos.
- ACS can handle unlimited campaigns both created and worked in a day.
- ACS is both flexible and easy to use.
Requirements
- ACS minimum requirements are a Pentium 133mhz, 16mb Ram system.
- Windows NT operating system.
- ACS must have at least one available comport on the ACS Windows NT Machine to attach the
ACS process to the ACS dialer server.
- For the ability of Real Time updating of your database or transfer of client information
directly to the current application you must have a second comport available for
communications.
- Each Agent/Port Combination requires a dedicated analog phone line, and a phone or
headset.
