PRICING
Automated Calling System is sold as a turnkey solution. The only things you need to supply to become productive is a call list, or campaign, an analog phone line for outbound dialing, and a phone or headset. All the software and hardware required to begin a dialer session is provided by Automated Calling System.
Automated Calling System is priced in three parts.
The first price is for the Server, Network Hardware, Operating System and ACS software.
The second price is for the number of ports required. Each port represents a device, which handles the dialing and telephony functions for an agent. This includes both the hardware and software for this device.
The third price is for the number of agents required. Each agent represents the hardware and software required for you personnel to receive the call from a port.
